上市公司劝退应届生：离职or打螺丝 走只赔半月工资_我的网站

C | HR以行业市场环境不佳为由，劝说应届生主动离职；不愿签字离职的员工，则被调整至一线岗位从事线路插接等流水线工作，原本为期一个月的产线实习，也被延长至三个月。    多名当事学生提供的录音显示，HR给出的方案为：当天签署离职协议，可获得半个月薪资作为补偿。与此同时，HR还暗示，常州建有一个400多人的HR群，只有配合签字，后续背调才不会受到影响。

D | 最终，大约70%的应届生选择签字离职。公开资料显示，星宇股份主营汽车车灯的研发、设计、制造与销售，是国内头部全套车灯总成制造商和方案提供商，客户覆盖德系、日系、美系、法系以及多家国内自主品牌车企。财报数据表明，2023—2025 年公司营收分别达到102.48 亿元、132.53亿元、152.57亿元，同比增幅依次为24.25%、29.32%、15.12%。2026年一季度，公司营收34.299 亿元，净利润3.55 亿元，同比分别上涨 10.8%、10.3%。值得一提的是，就在本次裁员约谈的一周之前，也就是7月29日，星宇股份已经二次向港交所递交招股书，重启搁置半年之久的“A+H”上市计划。
